1. Design Consultation & Proposal

The design consultation enables us to discuss what you would like to achieve and what is possible for your garden. We will meet with you to discuss how you would like to use your space. After establishing your needs and personal style, different materials and plant selections can be discussed endeavouring to inspire you with a realistic dream for your garden. At this meeting a budget will be discussed as well as an approximate time frame. We charge a fee of $165.00 inc GST for the consult which takes approximately 1 to 2 hours. After the Consultation, you will be provided with a design proposal that explains the fees and costs involved as well as a description of what you can expect to receive during the design stages.

2. Concept Plans/Sketches

Drawing on your input from the design consultation, we will produce an initial concept design for your review and comment. After any revisions are incorporated into the concept, a meeting will be arranged to present the design concept and discuss the key elements such as spatial layout, structural features such as Pergolas, Decks, Paving layouts. You will be provided with a selection of material samples and images to help you visualise your future garden.

3. Landscape Plan

Once your design concept is finalised we develop the landscape plan. This involves the drafting of both hard and soft landscape plans, any relevant elevations and detail drawings, with the option to have a lighting plan or Irrigation Plan developed for maximum garden appeal. The Landscape Plan then enables us to provide you with a detailed construction quote and we can begin to prepare a programme of works.
